Terms of service

Your files, your responsibility
By sending us a file, you confirm that you have the right to use it. You remain responsible for any dispute relating to copyright, trademarks, or the likeness of the people shown.

Your files stay yours
The images you send us remain your property. We use them only to produce your order. We do not sell them, publish them or share them with anyone. We keep them for a year to make a reprint easy, then we delete them — you can ask for immediate deletion at any time.

What we will not print
We reserve the right to refuse any order whose content is hateful, discriminatory, threatening, sexually explicit, illegal, or that reproduces a protected trademark or work without permission. In that case you are refunded in full.

Prices and errors
Prices shown are in Canadian dollars, before tax. We may change them without notice, but never after you have ordered. If an obvious pricing error appears on the site, we contact you before producing anything — you can then confirm at the right price or cancel at no cost.

Colours
Colours on screen are shown in RGB and printing is done in CMYK. A slight shift is normal and is not considered a defect. If colour accuracy is critical, ask us for a printed proof before the full run.

Your approval, and what happens next
You approve what you see in the configurator before you order: that is your approval. If your file is clear to the shop, we print exactly what you approved. If something is not clear — not enough resolution, a doubtful colour, an ambiguous cut line, text that cannot be read — the shop gets back to you before printing, and nothing goes to press without your answer. A design from our catalogue goes to print exactly as it appears.

Limitation of liability
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Québec and of Canada. Any dispute falls to the courts of the judicial district of Alma, Québec.
