Production time
Allow 2 to 5 business days of production as a rule, then the delivery time on top.
Road signage on rigid board (composite aluminum panel) takes 10 business days of production.
If the shop had to write to you about your file, production time starts from your answer.
If your project is urgent, write to us before ordering — we will tell you what is doable.
We close on statutory holidays, plus two weeks in winter and two weeks in summer. The dates are on the Contact us page. An order that comes in during a closure starts moving as soon as we are back.
Pickup in Alma — free
You can pick up your order at no charge at either of our two pickup points, both in Alma. We write to you as soon as it is ready.
- The shop — 245, rue des Huarts, Alma, Québec G8E 2G1. Open Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- Mini entrepôt E.S.L — 300, rue des Huarts, Alma, Québec G8E 2G2. By appointment.
Tell us which pickup point you want when you order, or write to us: we confirm the place and the time before you make the trip.
Delivery
We ship anywhere in Québec and Canada. The charge is worked out at checkout from the weight and the destination. A tracking number is sent to you as soon as it ships.
Rough times after shipping: 2 to 5 business days in Québec, 3 to 8 days elsewhere in Canada. Those times come from the carrier and are not guaranteed by us.
Lost or damaged parcel
Write to us with your order number and, if you can, photos. We open a trace with the carrier and keep you posted.
Wrong address
Check your address carefully before you pay. A parcel returned because of an incorrect address will have to be reshipped at your cost.
